All purchasess by you, The Purchaser named above form us will be subject to our Terms and Conditions (the “terms”) attachd to this Application Form, which you acknowledge you have read and understood. The Terms provided, amongst other things, for the grant by you to us security interest in all Goods (as defined in the Terms) purchased from us to secure payment of all amounts owing by you to us. Ranger Pet Care reverses the right to restrict Credit Accounts.

MEANS AND ABILITY TO PAY: The Customer warrants that it is solvent and has the current and future ability to pay all of its debts as and when they fall due.
